Medicals Northwest currently charges £50 for a Taxi Driver Medical Assessment. This includes completing your council medical form and eye sight test so you have the certificate on the same day.
The assessment normally includes a review of your medical history, blood pressure, eyesight, medication and completion of the appropriate council medical form.
